Q: How can I register my school district nurses for this course?
A: Please click this link to complete a "group sales" request, and we will email you a quote for your group.
Q: I was not able to complete the course before the course expired; can you extend my access?
A: Our learning management system is licensed to us from our vendor. They do not permit us to extend access to your account without an additional registration and payemnt.
Q: Are the faculty who teach this program nurses?
A: Yes, the faculty teaching this course are nurses and experts in pediatric care. Most currenlty work "at the bedside" (with pediatric patients) and delivery care on a daily basis.
Q: Will I be able to access this course from more than one computer?
A: You will only be able to access this program from one computer at a time. If you login from another device, without logging out first from the other device, you risk losing access to your account.
Q: How do I login to take this program?
A: Visit our homepage, click "My Account" and enter your username (email address) and password to login. Our system will email you a security code for you to enter to gain access to the course. This security code will be emailed to the same email you use as your login. Please ensure to have access to any work emails if taking this course from a non-work location.
Q: I have completed my online course and I am looking for my course certificate; how can I obtain the certificate for the course?
A: Upon completing the course, and the course evaluation - your certificate will be emailed to you. For a history of certificates in your account (login, per above) and search your course history for your certificate.
Q: How often is this course updated?
A: Unless there is an update that requires immediate intergration with this course; this course undergoes updates approximately every 2 - 3 years.
Q: Does this course cover CPR/BLS/AED?
A: No, but it does cover concepts to use during a rescucitation event.
Q: How long after I register for this course will I have access to it?
A: If you are registering via our website, access will be in your account immeditey after registration. Note: during registration you can select a start date for the course (i.e. if you're not able to start the course at the time of registration you can enter a date in the future that you would like this course to begin).
