About:
This advanced resuscitation course teaches the critical actions a provider must take during an adult cardiac arrest during the first 10 minutes. This program highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). You will learn the immediate actions, including adult BLS, when a patient enters cardiac arrest. This is a common credential required by most facilities. Throughout this course, you will learn, practice, and apply the following:
Audience: All healthcare providers where ACLS is required for their workplace requirement/scope of practice. Additionally, students of health care programs (i.e., RN Students, Medical Students, NP Students, PA Students, etc. may also attend this program), and more. If you hold an un-expired AHA ACLS credential, then this course is for you.

We are not permitted to admit you to the course without these items.
*A BLS card is not required if renewing BLS on the same day as the ACLS course.
Contact hours (nursing): 5.5 continuing nursing education hours are awarded upon successful ACLS renewal program completion. (An additional 6.5 contact hours are awarded for completion of the ECG & Emergency Pharmacology Course). Up to 12 contact hours can be earned!
